Handling time

• It usually takes 1-2 days to process and dispatch your order, once the order is placed with us.
• We strive to process and dispatch your order at the earliest.

Time for shipping

• Delivery time depends on the product ordered and the location of delivery. The orders will be delivered in 5-7 days approximately once it gets shipped.
• The delivery time is indicative and can vary due to external factors.

 Pick up at our location

• We provide the option of placing order online and picking up the order from our location. It normally takes 24 hours from the time of order to pack and set your order.
• Once the order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a call or message on your registered mobile number.

Other Rules

• If you want to change the shipping address, you need to inform us of the same within 2 hours after placing the order. You can mail us at info@loomcrafted.com
• If the order has not been processed, we will try to change the address. If your order is processed, we will not be able to change the address.
